My Story.

My name is Lesley,

I have always been an intuitive and empathetic person. Perceiving other people’s feelings has come naturally to me. Going by a “gut feeling” has driven many of my life decisions.

For a long time, I was interested in healing and alternative therapies. After many years of working in administrative positions, I decided to step out of my comfort zone, take charge of my health, and learn more.

At this point in my life, I had been diagnosed with several autoimmune diseases: Lupus, Hashimoto’s, Coeliac disease, Polymyalgia Rheumatica, and, to top it all off, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. My quality of life was pretty grim— to the point where I couldn’t even walk up a small staircase without needing to sit down. My life was on a downward spiral. As the Doctor put it, I was on a “very slippery slope.”

I was prescribed various medications, including chemotherapy drugs, which completely drained me of any little bit of energy that I had. I decided there had to be a better way. This is where my healing journey began.  I sought out different forms of healing for myself. Stumbling upon the EFT World Tapping Summit on the internet, I tapped religiously with numerous EFT professionals. This led me to explore the practice further through books and networks. I began noticing a change in how I felt and dealt with everyday life. Over time, my symptoms began to diminish.

During this time of healing, I had to confront my own challenges in life leading me to find my truth and heal the past.  I am very happy that I now lead a sustainably healthy life. As my experience was so profound and empowering, I knew I needed to share this unique healing technique with others, so after several years of study, I became an Accredited Certified Advanced EFT Practitioner.

To enhance my energy healing practice, I have continued my studies and gained qualifications as a Certified Crystal Energy Guide and Reiki Healer.

I bring to my business: wisdom, compassion, empathy, understanding, and a strong passion for helping people self-heal and discover their inner truth.
